Caroline Ramsay has a track record of leading and developing teams that plan and execute complex projects for broadcasters, sporting federations, and government.

Ramsay’s career began in London working for the BBC, Channel 4, and ITV Sport. After moving to Australia she joined SBS, and then began a 10-year journey with the Olympics Games Host Broadcaster as head of broadcast services for Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, and Beijing 2008.

Working alongside the NEP team at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi, Ramsay subsequently joined NEP for the Glasgow Commonwealth Games as head of broadcast venue management then became project director for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games host broadcast in 2018.

More recently, Ramsay has been involved in leading the NEP team delivering broadcast technology solutions for HBS at the FIFA Men’s World Cup in Qatar and the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia/New Zealand. She also runs the SVG Women’s networking group here in Australia.
